The PartikelLens app measures particles directly in the line. To do this, you need the reference square on our particle stamp or on the PartikelART business card.
The app measures up to 200µm, classifies into metallic, non-metallic and fibers using image processing combined with AI classification and measures according to Feretmax and Feretmin.
TecSa Platform
On the TecSa platform, you have all analysis data digitally and completely at a glance. Compare your components using cross-component and cross-location statistics or quickly identify trends and outliers. We call this Technical Cleanliness Digitized.
Particle stamp
Particle stamp for quick particle monitoring using the ParticleLens app. The flattened side enables particle extraction close to edges and corners.
